Mining Bulletin: Dear Mr. Samant Kumar, as we know, you are in minerals and metal market. And now you also doing Albania chrome ore.
Samant Kumar: Yes. We have Albania chrome ore 38-40%.
Mining Bulletin: You know Chinese ferrochrome market is going up and the tender price from steel mills is up to 7500RMB/mt. So do you think it will affect the chrome ore market?
Samant Kumar: Yes. Sure. At present, the chrome ore market offers seems higher now, and the Alnania chrome ore price is also going up slightly.
Mining Bulletin: What is the price now?
Samant Kumar: The present price is 235USD/mt for us. And before the new year holiday, we offer at 230USD/mt. There is a slight increase for Albania origin. And I also heard some other origin, like Turkey, Pakistan market is also firm.
Mining Bulletin: Yes, they keep a high price to china. What is your idea about future chrome ore market in Jan.
Samant Kumar: I think the market will going up slightly in Jan. But for the demand is not strong. I think the price could not reach high levels in short term.
