Mexico makes final ruling of AD sunset review on Ukraine’s ferrosilicomanganese

On September 12, 2024, the Mexican Ministry of Economy (SE) announced the final determination of the fourth anti-dumping (AD) sunset review and the final ruling of the AD ex officio review on ferrosilicomanganese originating in Ukraine, regardless of the country of origin, deciding to extend the AD duty of 16.59% by another five years, effective on September 25, 2023.
The products involved are under tariff codes 7202.30.01 and 9802.00.13 of the TIGIE.
On March 21, 2024, Mexico made a preliminary determination on the reviews and decided to maintain the current AD duty of 16.59%.
