SEML saw an 8% year-on-year decrease in ferroalloy production in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025

A comprehensive steel producer, Sarda Energy and Minerals Limited (SEML), saw an 8% year-on-year decrease in ferroalloy production to 47,000 tons in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, compared to 51,000 tons in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024. However, in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, the sales volume of ferroalloys remained unchanged at 46,000 tons, which is the same as the first quarter of fiscal year 2024. In addition, in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, the production of ferroalloys remained relatively stable compared to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024, at 47,000 tons.
