On July 24th, First Quantum released its Q2 quarterly report, with the company producing a total of 7,400 tons of nickel metal, a decrease of 4.77% compared to the previous quarter and an increase of 23.83% year-on-year. This includes MHP 1,253 metal tons and 6,147 metal tons of nickel sulfide concentrate. The first quantum is expected to produce 22,000-25,000 tons of nickel metal in 2024.
