Outokumpu, Finland, announced that its ferrochrome production in the fourth quarter of 2023 was 76,000 tons, a decrease of 39.2% quarter on quarter (Q3 2023: 125,000 tons) and an increase of 10.1% year-on-year (Q4 2022: 69,000 tons). The annual production of ferrochrome in 2023 was 389,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 9.5% (2022: 430,000 tons).
