Turkey’s rebar exports decrease in Oct m-o-m, y-o-y

According to statistics from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), in October, Turkey’s rebar exports were about 289,000 tons, decreasing by 19.1% year on year and falling by 29.4% from the previous month.
Among them, the exports to Israel totaled about 38,000 tons, decreasing by 51.2% from the same month a year ago. Besides, Romania and Panama imported rebar from Turkey amounted to about 27,000 tons and 31,000 tons, respectively.
In the first ten months, Turkey’s rebar exports were 2.77 million tons, decreasing by 42.9% from the corresponding period a year ago.
