East Platinum's output of chromium concentrate increased in Q1

East Platinum Limited (eastplats), a South African chromium miner, released its production report for the first quarter of 2023. The Q1 tailings raw material output was 432,005 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 24.77% (22Q1: 574,252 tons). The output of chromium concentrate was 147,090 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 21.44% (22Q1:121,122 tons), and the average grade was 38.65%. The estimated output of platinum (PGM) was 2,072 ounces, including 1,156 ounces of concentrate.
