JSL’s steel production capacity increases after expansion completes

According to the statement from India’s Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL), the company has finished its expansion project in its Jajpur plant in Odisha. This project cost US$262 million. After this expansion, JSL’s annual production capacity of stainless steel increased from 1.1 million tons to 2.1 million tons.
The company also said they had finished the combination of Jindal Stainless Limited and Jindal Stainless Hisar Limited. At this moment, the group’s production capacity of stainless steel reaches 3 million tons annually.
