Glencore produced 400,000 tons of ferrochrome in Q1

Global commodity trader Glencore released its first quarter production report for 2023, with Glencore producing 400,000 tons of ferrochrome, Merafe producing 103,000 tons of ferrochrome, and Glencore-Merafe producing 503,000 tons of ferrochrome, a year-on-year increase of 3%. It is expected that Glencore's ferrochrome production in the fiscal year 2023 will be around 1.31 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of approximately 29.1%.
