Indian SAIL’s crude steel production hits new monthly high in Jan

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), an Indian state-owned steel company, reported that the total crude steel production under all of its steel mills reached 1.72 million tons in January this year, hitting a new monthly high.
Besides, SAIL’s saleable steel and hot metal production in January also reached the best-ever monthly output, reaching 1.61 million tons and 1.8 million tons, respectively.
