Turkey’s HRC exports decrease in Oct y-o-y

According to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), in October, Turkey’s hot-rolled coil (HRC) exports were about 166,000 tons, falling by 43% year on year. The decrease was mainly due to lower demand from the EU and the US.
Among them, the exports to Italy were around 27,000 tons, decreasing by 59% year on year. The followings were Greece (about 21,000 tons), Bulgaria (19,000 tons), and Canada (about 11,000 tons).
