EU announces final AD ruling on electrolytic chromium coated steel from China, Brazil

On November 16, 2022, the European Commission issued an announcement on the result of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on imports of electrolytic chromium coated steel products originating in China and Brazil.
According to the announcement, they will take AD measures. The goods from China will be charged a 30.7% to 77.9% AD duty, and Brazil was assigned a definitive AD duty of 53.2%.
The initial AD investigation was started in September of last year.
The products involved are flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel, plated or coated with chromium oxides or with chromium and chromium oxides, also designated as electrolytic chromium coated steel products, under CN codes 7210 50 00 and 7212 50 20
