Brazil’s wire rod exports decrease in Sep m-o-m

According to statistics, Brazil’s wire rod exports totaled around 39,000 tons in September this year, decreasing by 15.1% compared to the preceding month.
Among them, the exports to the US accounted for the largest proportion, totaling roughly 22,000 tons. The exports to South American countries reached 16,200 tons, and those to Costa Rica were 300 tons.
During the period, Brazil’s wire rod imports totaled nearly 16,000 tons. Among them, 14,600 tons were from Egypt.
