Today, the price of ferrochrome in China continues to rise, and the market is still in a strong state. Supported by the rising cost of raw materials and accessories, and just over a week from the National Day holiday in China, steel mills and traders are purchasing more goods. It is difficult to find low price spot resources in the market. Some steel plants' bidding prices are also significantly raised, and they are still strong and developing well in the short term.

Since September, the price of high carbon ferrochrome has risen by 700 yuan/ton. Since September, Inner Mongolia has cancelled preferential electricity prices. Previously, factories suffered heavy losses, leading to a large number of production cuts and shutdowns. In addition, the quantity of ferrochrome imported into China has decreased significantly. In addition, the price of raw chrome ore and auxiliary coke has risen, which has jointly promoted the price of ferrochrome to rise steadily. The future market is expected to maintain a strong trend. Today, the price of high carbon ferrochrome continues to rise slightly, to 8,000-8,200 yuan/ton (up 100yuan/ton) in China.
