India’s JSW Steel sells entire stake in Chile’s Santa Fe Mining

India’s JSW Steel indicated that it has agreed to sell the entire stake of Chile’s Santa Fe Mining to Diego Calvo SpA because of the uncertain business environment. The deal was expected to complete by September 30.
JSW Steel owned a 70% of stake in Santa Fe Mining through Inversiones Eurosh Limitada (IEL). In 2008, JSW Steel jointly ventured with Chile’s Minera Santa Fe to develop iron ore mines in South America.
