South Korea to launch AD investigation on seamless copper pipes from China, Vietnam

The Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) said it will launch an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on seamless copper pipes from Vietnam and China as these dumped products caused injury to the related industry in South Korea.
The commission will conduct a three-month investigation and then decide whether to impose AD duties or not.
According to statistics, as of the end of 2020, a proportion of 30% of South Korea’s seamless copper pipes was from China and Vietnam.
