US starts fifth AD sunset review on pure magnesium

On March 1, 2022, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) started the fifth sunset review investigation of anti-dumping (AD) orders on pure magnesium from China.
At the same time, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) launched the fifth AD sunset review investigation on the subject products from China, to determine whether the cancelation of the current AD order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury.
