Vietnam's scrap imports soar in Feb m-o-m

According to statistics, Vietnam imported approximately 340,000 tons of scrap in February 2022, soaring by 92.3% from the previous month.
Japan was the major supplier with about 127,000 tons, followed by the US' 77,000 tons and Australia's 31,000 tons.
In the first two months of 2022, Vietnam imported roughly 516,000 tons of scrap, sliding by 34.6% compared with the same period a year ago. Japan, the US, and Australia were the main suppliers.
