FMG's iron ore output & shipment increase Q4 2021q-o-q, y-o-y

Fortescue Metals Group (FMG), an Australia-based iron ore producer, reported its quantity of ore processed reached 49.2 million tons in the fourth quarter of 2021, rising by 2% compared to the previous quarter and by 11% from the same period a year ago.
In terms of shipments, FMG shipped a total of 47.5 million tons of iron ore during the period, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 4% and a year-on-year hike of 2%.
In 2021, FMG’s iron ore shipments amounted to 184.7 million tons, up by 2% over 2020.
