Pakistan’s scrap imports slide in Dec 2021 m-o-m, y-o-y

According to the data released by the Pakistan Federal Bureau of Statistics (PFBS), Pakistan imported around 411,200 tons of scrap in December 2021, sliding by 11.4% compared to the previous month and also dropping by 13.2% from the same month a year ago.
During the period, the import value totaled roughly US$252 million, a month-on-month decrease of 8.4% and a year-on-year increase of 50.4%.
