China’s Shagang to purchase ironmaking capacity from Delong Nickel

According to an announcement of China’s Jiangsu Shagang on December 4, 2021, the group’s Jiangsu Shagang Group Huaigang Special Steel Co., Ltd. (Huaigang) intended to purchase a total ironmaking capacity of 1.385 million tons from Jiangsu Delong Nickel.
The purchase price is RMB 697.55 million. The payment will be transferred by Shagang to Delong Nickel in three phases.
