Chinese high-carbon ferrochrome market continues to be weak

Today, the domestic high-carbon ferrochrome market continues to be weak and downward. Although the power cost has increased, the imbalance between supply and demand has forced prices to fall continuously. There is a strong wait-and-see atmosphere in the market. The steel mill procurement is not active, and retail transactions are not very active. 

Up to now, high carbon ferrochrome price in Inner Mongolia is 10100-10400 yuan / ton 50% Cr. The ex factory quotation including tax in Sichuan is 10200-10500 yuan / ton 50% Cr. Compared with the previous quotation, the quotation has fallen slightly by 100 yuan / ton again. Since the high level fell in mid October, the cumulative decline has reached 1200 yuan / ton.
