Payment Terms: 100% LC At Sight. (DLC as per MT 700, Non-Transferable.)
The Seller is the Miner. The Mine covers around 6,900 hectares and has been in operation for 5 years. Monthly Capacity is 300,000WMT. At present there are around 30 Trucks in the Mine Site and the Korean investor has placed rest of their Equipment including Trucks to other Places on Hire which could be deployed within very short time frame if it is a regular Shipment.
The Loading Port is a Private Port that belongs to the Miner. It can handle 50,000 Metric Tones vessel and there is no issue regarding Draft. This is an above Ground Mine. Year-Round Loading can take place. The Mine Site is around 15/16 KM away. Hauling takes place through Truck only. There is a dedicated Yard for one Parcel of 50,000 - 60,000 MT Capacity.
