Baosteel: iron ore prices are likely to stay around US$130/tonne

Baoshan Iron and Steel Corporation said that iron ore prices are likely to stay around US$130/tonne for the rest of this year with steel prices in China also expected to remain steady.

Mr Ma Guoqiang, GM of Baosteel said at an online shareholders briefing that Baosteel's performance was expected to remain mostly unchanged this year with total crude steel production likely to be similar to last year's 22.56 million tonnes.
